Billing
Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly via Stripe. Charges occur at the start of each billing period.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
After cancellation, your plan reverts to Free (500 requests/month). API keys remain active.
Refunds
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months except where required by law.
If you experience a prolonged service outage (>24h) caused by us, contact support for a credit or refund at our discretion.
EU consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital services not yet used — contact us within 14 days of purchase.
Payment Disputes
Contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
